Rental is for large events,birthday parties, workshops, tv/film rental sessions. 2 hr minimum required. The hourly rate is $150 /hr. Capacity 150 Please find your available time slot that has the time you want available, pick amount of hrs during payment and then your time will be blocked off. Your first 2hr is your deposit, you will be invoiced remainder + $50 cleaning fee.
