This class is approximately 1hr 15 mins long. During that time slot we will start with a fun, energetic, and motivating warm up. This class is very similar to Tuesday's class, however it is used more for fundamentals. We take a deeper look into technique as well as starting and only learning the first half of the new combo for clear understanding. This class is highly recommended, and helps you better prepare for Tuesday's class. You will for sure love every moment of this awesomeness.
