Exceed Yourself started in 2018. Where I created a month long training experience , where my students pushed beyond their limits and performed a SOLD OUT showcase at the end. Due to Covid regulations we have had to hualt the showcase for now. However the training doesnt have to stop!
This will be a 1 day intensive! 10am- 3pm July 17th. Where you will grow mentally and physically as a dancer and personally in life. This training will provide foundation, heel technique, choreography, retention excersises, transitions, musicality, as well as empowering and building confidence! Ready to graduate in your purpose? Its time to realize who you are and step into your light!
